Baxby Manor and its walled gardens, set on a 110 acre farm on the edge of the North York Moors National Park is the perfect setting for your special occasion. Built in 1308, the manor house is full of character, intimacy and charm, and happy memories for generations. Holding your wedding here means that you and your guests become a part of that very rich history.

The family at Baxby Manor have been caring for the property for five generations and it is a place that is dear to the hearts of those that have spent time there. It is with great warmth and excitement that we are looking forward to sharing this special place with you.

With exclusive use of the house and garden you have the flexibility and scope to hold an event that is entirely your own. 

The gardens are spacious with carefully designed series of ‘rooms’ that give flexibility and seclusion for special moments, with enough space for all to gather for fun and festivities - whether it be a blessing ceremony on the front lawn, tea party reception, family croquet game, picnic in the old Orchard, or a formal reception with a marquee and dancing under the stars.

We only hosts a small number of events during the months of April to September and with only one event held at a time, you are assured of our undivided and full attention for your special day.
